Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process:
- Contact us at doctorpawschoice@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Once approved, we'll provide a $4.00 flat rate return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original condition with tags, and proof of purchase is required.
